Is there a free plan?

Fastio offers 14-day trials on Starter, Business, and Growth instead of a permanent free tier. Each trial requires a credit card so your workspace can continue if the trial ends or you use your trial credits.

What do I get during the trial?

You can trial Starter, Business, or Growth with room to test real folders, cited AI answers, portals, approvals, and team workflows before the selected plan activates.

Do I have to build the workflows myself?

No. You describe the process to your agent in plain language, and it sets up and runs the steps for you. There is no flowchart to wire up and no automation to configure.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your trial runs for up to 14 days, or until your trial credits run out, whichever comes first. At that point your selected plan activates automatically and billing begins so your workspace keeps running without a gap. You can switch plans or cancel anytime before then, and your files are always yours to export.

Can I start paid immediately?

Yes. Use the paid-start link under any plan if you want to skip the trial and start paid now.

What counts as 'usage'?

Credits cover AI work: chat, file ingestion, agent runs, and document processing. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

Why is the entry price $29 instead of $10?

Every plan includes generous storage, MCP / agent connection, and team-shareable workspaces. Most AI tools sell these separately or do not have them.

What happens if I need more usage?

You can move to a higher plan or add usage where available. Business and Growth are built for higher-volume work; Growth also lets you add seats beyond the included 50.
